Ask a question:

Are you having problems playing videos on your computer?

Solution Video Issues:

Viewing videos or other files should never be any trouble. Here is a helpful guide on how to fix viewing issues. If you are having trouble viewing a video then 9 out of 10 times the problem is that you do not have the right codec (compression/decompression) on your computer. Other possibilities include an outdated player. Follow this guide but if you are still having problems then please contact Customer Service so that we can help you.

Playing videos may require the installation of the appropriate codec. Below are 2 codecs which will help to play these video files. We recommend that you download and install both.

K-Lite Codec Pack
DivX Codec

Windows Media Player should be able to play after you download and install both of the above codecs packs.

Another possible trouble spot may be an outdated version of Windows Media Player. The newest version can be obtained from here - Windows Media Player 10

We also recommend two alternative players

VLC Player
Media Player Classic
